Come, Sit, and Breathe - Meditation Group

Everyone is invited to join our meditation group. 
We will practice together one evening a week and support each other in creating our own daily meditation practices. Chairs will be set up, if you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring your own items (towels, yoga mats, etc.)
Potential benefits of meditation include: 
  • lower blood pressure and heart rate
  • improved circulation
  • less anxiety and stress
  • deeper relaxation and
  • calmer mind
Meditating in a group will bring us together in a community of social connection and support.
