Youth Members
The Community Youth Council is comprised of a minimum of four high school students from each of the Grand Island high schools, including Grand Island Senior High, Grand Island Northwest, Grand Island Central Catholic, and Heartland Lutheran High School.  

Youth Members are required to attend a total of 20 hours of CYC meetings and sponsored events/activities, including one City Council meeting.

This year there are 19 youth members of the CYC representing the youth of Grand island.
