The Ethnic Festival celebrated its 17th year with special events, programs, wonderful food, entertainment all day, street dances in the evenings, pony rides for the kids, an education pavilion, and our street booth bazaar. Our recognition on both a state and national level continues to grow. We are featured in many forms of media and publications, so we continue to attract new participants and crowds of up to 50,000 people throughout the weekend.

There are limited spaces with electricity and also for the use of tents or awnings that would fit under the store awnings. The Board must apply for the amount of electric panels needed and present it to the utilities for their approval.

The Street Booth Bazaar is made up of handcrafted ethnic items from all over the United States. All craft items are reviewed by the Central NE Ethnic Festival Board and must meet with standards and criteria.
