Food Court Vendors,
The outdoor cultural celebration involves food, entertainment, crafts, kids games, an education pavilion, and lots of fun for families and individuals.


Cost
: The cost to participate in the food court this year includes a non-refundable space reservation fee, payable in advance, of $100.00 and 15% of gross sales. All food will be sold by tickets. We are adding more ticket booths at the festival entrances this year.

Additionally, each vendor is responsible for purchase of a State Vending Permit ($50). The temporary City Food Permit previously required will be covered by the festival this year. The application form for the State permit will be sent along with the contracts for the festival this spring.

Items provided: Vendors set up in an east side food court and a west side food court. The sides are separated by the main entertainment stage and eating tents. Those vendors with self contained vending wagons should indicate the size of the unit for placement in the food court. Vendors without self-contained units may utilize 10’ by 10’ tent with netting provided by the festival. Electricity is also provided to each vendor. A refrigerated truck and ice is available on site.

Beverages: Vendors are not allowed to sell beverages, unless it is their only product and is approved by the festival board. The festival sells beverages as one of its few sources of revenue.
