This feature is not for the faint of heart! THRILL-SEEKERS from across Nebraska have flocked to Island Oasis since the six-story high speed slides were introduced in 2002.  The "Island Falls" is a straight drop, and the "Fury of the Isle" takes you over several bumps before you make it safely to the ground.

After you've braved the thrill of "Island Falls" and the "Fury of the Isle", relax and unwind in the 750 foot Lazy River.

One of the best ways to cool off in Grand Island is at Island Oasis' popular Wave Pool.  This is a popular spot for swimming, but you'd better hang on when those waves kick in !

If you'd like to ease your way into the speed slides, Island Oasis offers some great tubular slides that twist and turn...they are sure to be loads of fun as you work up the courage to brave the speed slides.

Who says the slides are just for the big kids!  The littlest of tots can enjoy a slide made especially for them....the toddler slide!  This feature is a great introduction to the more adventurous slides they'll enjoy as they get older.

Take a walk across the lily pads, and test your skills on the log walk.

Sports enthusiasts will enjoy a challenging game of sand volleyball.  Kids can also have fun building castles in the sand play area.
