Daily patrons who wish to leave the
park must repay daily fee for re-admittance. |

The pool will be closed for public
swimming at the managements discretion based on inclement weather,
attendance, or unusual circumstances. |

No smoking allowed on premises. |
 |
No chewing gum or tobacco products
allowed. |
 |
Food and beverages may not be brought
into the waterpark. Food and beverages are available for
purchase at the concession stand. |
 |
No eating or drinking allowed in the
pool or near the pool edge. |
 |
No skateboards, roller skates or
bikes are allowed inside the park. Bicycles can be secured in the
bike rack. |
 |
Radios without headphones are not
permitted in the park. |
 |
Please do not abuse the lounge
chairs. |
 |
Animals of any kind are not permitted
in the park, except those trained to assist the handicapped. |
 |
Absolutely no running, horseplay,
pushing, shoving or diving permitted in the park. |
 |
No alcoholic beverages permitted in
the park. |
 |
All persons entering the pool must
wear proper swimming attire. |
 |
Management reserves right to refuse
admission. |
Lazy River
 |
The river is two and a half feet deep
and has a strong current. |
 |
Small children should be supervised. |
 |
No running diving, or jumping. |
 |
No horseplay, flipping, or stacking
of tubes or floatable's. |
 |
Do not stand or kneel on tubes or
floatable's. |
 |
Failure to abide by these rules may
result in injury to you and to others. |
Rental Pavilion
Intertubes
 |
Tubes are permitted in wave pool area
only. |
 |
Tubes are not designed for wave pool
safety. Flotation devices other than those provided at Island
Oasis rental pavilion are not allowed. |
 |
Please return tubes to rental
pavilion before departing. |
 |
No refunds for lost/stolen tubes or
bracelets. |
Lockers
 |
Lockers are rented on a daily basis
only. All items left overnight will be removed and locks
changed. |
 |
We are not responsible for valuables
left in lockers. All items are left at your own risk. |
 |
If you lose your key you lose your
deposit. A description of items in the locker must be given before
the locker will be opened. |
Rubber Diaper Covers
 |
Children wearing diapers must wear
rubber diaper covers. |
Sand Play Area
 |
Do not throw sand or other objects. |
 |
Please use rinse shower before
returning to deck area. |
Shutdown Lane
 |
Do not block the end of the slide. |
 |
Leave the shutdown lane quickly and
orderly. |
 |
No swimming or flotation devices
allowed in the shutdown lane. |
Water Slide
 |
Wait at the top of stairs, until
attendant tells you to advance. |
 |
Eyeglasses must be securely affixed
to riders with head straps. |
 |
Swimwear with exposed zippers,
buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted. |
 |
Only one rider to enter the slide at
a time. |
 |
Slide must be ridden feet first,
lying on your back or in a sitting position (sit up to go slower,
lie down to go faster). |
 |
Riders must wait for the attendants
start signal before starting the ride. |
 |
Keep arms and hands inside the slide
at all times. |
 |
Do not run, dive, stand, kneel,
rotate or stop in the slide. |
 |
At the end of the slide, obey all
instructions by splash pool attendant and exit quickly. |
 |
CAUTION: For safety reasons,
pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble
should not ride slides. |
Speed Slide
 |
Maximum operation allowed; 1 person,
300 pounds. |
 |
Children under 48 inches tall are not
permitted on this ride. |
 |
Eyeglasses must be securely affixed
to riders with head straps. |
 |
Swimwear with exposed zippers,
buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted. |
 |
Only one rider to enter the flume at
a time. Single riders only! |
 |
Never form chains. |
 |
Slide must be ridden feet first lying
on your back with legs crossed at the ankles and arms folded across
the chest. Riding this slide improperly may cause injury. |
 |
Riders must wait for the attendants
start signal before starting the ride. |
 |
Do not uncross your legs or attempt
to sit up until you come to a stop ion the shutdown lane. |
 |
Do not run, dive, stand, kneel,
rotate or stop in the slide. |
 |
At the end of the slide, obey all
instructions by shutdown lane attendant and exit quickly. |
 |
Caution: For safety reasons,
pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble
should not ride this slide. |
Toddler Slide Area
 |
This slide is for children 8 years
old or younger. |
 |
Children 8 years and under must be
accompanied by an adult. |
 |
One child at a time down the slide. |
 |
Children should not go down slide on
stomach. |
 |
No pushing, shoving, or excessive
horseplay permitted. |
Sand Volleyball
 |
These courts are for recreational use
only. |
 |
Teams may not exceed 6 players. |
 |
No one under 10 years of age is
allowed to participate without parent or guardian. |
 |
Absolutely no abusive language or
conduct will be tolerated at any time. |
 |
The management yields the right to
deny any individual from participating in this activity. |
 |
The management and staff of Island
Oasis are not responsible for personal injury sustained during
participation in this activity. |
 |
If any individual requires first aid
and/or assistance please contact lifeguard or go to main office. |
 |
Volleyballs may be checked out at
rental pavillion with a $1.00 deposit or a valid driver's license. |
 |
Games will be played to eleven (11)
points, win by two (2). |
 |
If more than three challenging teams,
winning team can only stay on the court for 2 consecutive wins, then
give up the court to challengers. |
 |
Please use rinse shower before
returning to pool. |
Wave Pool Rules
 |
Keep away from other swimmers to
avoid collisions while waves are in operation. |
 |
Enter the pool at the shallow end
only. |
 |
Non-swimmers must wear a coast guard
approved flotation device. |
 |
The wave pool is 5 foot deep.
Youngsters should not go beyond the 3 foot depth. |
 |
Tubes are not approved as life
support devices and are only for personal enjoyment. |
 |
No food or beverages allowed in the
wave pool. |
