The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a short-range program that identifies transportation projects to be implemented in the Grand Island urban area over a five (5) year period. All projects in the Grand Island urban area that use federal transportation funds and/or are regionally significant are required to be included in the TIP. The 2018-2022 TIP is the current program, and it was adopted in May of 2017.
