Progress report -October 19, 2017
Since August, the pedestal crew arrived on site and have started the construction of the pedestal for the elevated water storage tank. The pedestal is made up of twelve sections, each section is 7'-2" high, for a total height of 85 feet 10 inches. On top of the pedestal walls, a dome of concrete will be constructed on which the steel tank will be supported.
Driving down Engleman Road, you can start to see the pedestal take shape with nine of the pours completed as of October 19th. The entire pedestal will be completed by mid-November.
