Amur Plaza
Amur Plaza is located in the heart of the historic Railside Business Improvement District and is the perfect site for outdoor concerts, festivals and celebrations. Beautifully landscaped and accentuated by trendy festoon lighting, Amur Plaza features a covered stage, restrooms and shades. The plaza is available to rent by the hour or by the day. Please note: Vendors are subject to additional fees.
Once your reservation has been received, you will be e-mailed a rental contract to sign and return with payment. Once the contract and payment have been received, the plaza will be officially reserved for your event.

PLAZA RENTAL RATES
All Rentals require a damage deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee and a certificate of liability insurance. If alcohol is to be served, the Renter must hire an establishment with a current liquor license.

Hourly Rate (up to 4 hours) - $25/hour
PUBLIC EVENTS (Open to the Public events)
Daily Rate - $250
Hourly Rate (up to 4 hours) - $25/hour
Vendor Fee - $20/vendor
RAILSIDE BID STAKEHOLDER RATE
Property/Business/Residence must be located within the Railside District to qualify for the Stakeholder rate.
Daily Rate - $200
Hourly Rate - $20/hour
