The Grand Island Public Library updated its Circulation Policy 8/18/2026.
Effective, 8/28/2026, the loan period will now be four days. One Museum Pass may be checked out per family, per loan period.
You must have a library card in good standing with the Grand Island Public Library. An adult must place a hold on the pass. The library will contact you when it is available and you will have five days to pick up the pass at the library. An adult must use the pass and stay with the party if there are children. You must supervise children at the museum(s).
The library offers three passes:
The library offers a group pass to the Stuhr Museum. It is good for the occupants in the vehicle coming in. The group may also take part in a 10% discount off food and merchandise purchases the day they attend.
The library offers family pass to the Epic Discovery Center. It is good for two adults plus 2 children.
The library offers family pass to the Imagination City Children’s Museum. This pass is good for both parents and all children in the same household.
Passes MAY NOT BE DUPLICATED, are non-transferrable, must be used by the patron checking out the pass. Patrons may be asked for photo identification and/or library card to gain admission to the participating museum. Abuse of pass use may result in the patron's suspension from the program.
Please return the Library Pass to the Grand Island Public Library.
Thank you to the Stuhr Museum, Epic Discovery Center, and Imagination Library for partnering with the Grand Island Public Library.
This program is funded by the Grand Island Public Library Foundation.
