Grand Island, Neb. ā As Grand Island continues to grow in all directions, the cityās Regional Planning Department is doing what it can to help you keep up.
With new streets are being paved, and main thoroughfare continuing to branch out, the city has created a new street locator tool. The tool can be found on the city website here:

āWhen you have a city reach the size of Grand Island, itās good to have navigation tools at your disposal,ā Grand Island Regional Planning Director Chad Nabity said. āOur city limits are already expansive, and this new tool will help you locate any street you want in the matter of seconds.ā
The new street locator tool is part of the cityās ArcGIS map toolkit, which allows the general public to navigate the cityās landscape with ease. It also will serve as a helpful tool for potential new developers as they search for ideal locations to build.
āThis is just another tool we are proud to offer,ā Nabity said. āThis interactive map joins other tools we offer, which includes our county floodplain map and our map showcasing all of our tax increment financing projects.ā
