Grand Island, Neb. ā With more and more drivers hitting the road for the holiday shopping season, the Grand Island Police Department is issuing a friendly reminder to buckle up.
GIPD has been awarded $10,514.53 to carry out Selective Overtime Enforcement for the āMake it Clickā seatbelt mobilization campaign from November 23 ā December 1. The enforcement will target seatbelt usage to help reduce fatal and serious injury crashes in Nebraska, Hall County and Grand Island.
