Grand Island, Neb. — The Grand Island Hometown Heroes Committee will host its annual Reveal Ceremony on Thursday, May 14 at 6 p.m. at Grand Island Senior High School.

Doors will open at 5 p.m., and guests may enter through the northeast entrance off Lafayette Street. The ceremony will honor another group of local heroes recognized through the Hometown Heroes banner program. Following the ceremony, attendees will have an opportunity to view the banners and take photos in the atrium area.

The Grand Island Hometown Heroes program recognizes local veterans and service members through banners displayed throughout the community. The committee encourages all sponsors, families and community members to attend the special event.
