The City requires that retailers obtain a City Tobacco license when they will be selling cigarettes, cigars, cigarette materials, or tobacco. The license is from January 1 through December 31. Licenses can be obtained by mailing check or money order of $15 to PO Box 1928, Grand Island NE 68802 or going to our location at 1306 W 3rd, Grand Island NE 68802 where cash and credit cards are also accepted. Please include the following information with your payment:

• Legal Name of Licensee

• DBA (if applicable)

• Location Address

• Mailing Name and Address if different than location

• Phone Number

• Email Address
