HEC Job Fair

Grand Island, Neb. — With new management comes new opportunities at the Heartland Events Center.

From January 7-8, VenuWorks will be hosting its first-ever job fair, featuring part-time opportunities and roles as the 2025 event calendar takes shape. Positions available for the upcoming show season include guest services, ticket takers, usher, food & beverage worker, concessions staff as well as event & facility operations.

ā€œWith a new year comes new goals and objectives for us at the Heartland Events Center,ā€ HEC Executive Director Kyler Tarwater said. ā€œWe are looking to make 2025 the biggest year yet for Grand Island, and we’re looking to add to our team to help make that happen.ā€

The job fair will take place on Tuesday, January 7 and Wednesday, January 8 from 5-8 p.m. in the Box Office Concourse Area. Those attending the fair will be able to meet with the entirety of the new management staff from VenuWorks while also getting a sneak peek at the exciting year of events ahead.
